Returns / Return Procedure
I do my best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. My photographs are accurate and I describe my items with as many details as possible.
Most of my customers are incredibly happy with their selections. I can count on one hand the number of returns that I have been asked to take.
I do understand though that online purchases are different than in person. So if for some reason you feel your item was not what you expected, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and allow me to try to make it right.
If no resolution can be found, I will in most cases allow a return on ready to ship items. (I can not take returns or provide refunds for custom orders).
To make a return:
- Contact me first. Packages will not be accepted if I do not know they are coming. Once you contact me I will provide the address for your shipment.
- Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- Items must be in perfect, as sold and unworn condition.
- Items must be repackaged in their original box and ribbon.
- Please repackage and then ship your item back to me using USPS, with insurance and tracking, and please provide me with the tracking number.
- Once your item is safely back in my hands I will refund your purchase price minus any shipping fees.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Items shipped to the United States must be returned within one week of original delivery date to qualify for a full refund.
- Items shipped overseas will be given some lee-way due to the transit time. I will work with you individually, so please contact me.
